Matrix Organizational Structure Paper

An organization that has no structure will crumble and fall. There is some sort of structure even in our family or any membership clubs. The organizational structure that I am interested is the matrix organizational structure. A Matrix organizational structure is “complex and designed to reflect both function and service in an integrated organizational structure” (Yoder-Wise, 2015, p. 146). Yoder-Wise (2015) stated that it “can be effective in the current healthcare environment” (p. 147).
The advantages of adopting a matrix organizational structures are “enables timely response to the forces in the external environment that demand continual programming, and it facilitates internal efficiency and effectiveness through the promotion of cooperation
