One Friday afternoon, after a long day of school I had to go to basketball practice to get ready for regionals. Everything was going good, pretty normal practice. Our coach wanted us to get our conditioning in so he had us run some patchies. A patchy is like a suicide, which is when you run to the free throw line, turn around and sprint back, then run to the half court line and run back, and so on. But instead of turning around and running back to the line you ran backwards to the line. While running it I was on the last line and fell backwards. I tried to catch myself by putting my hands behind my back. I fell on my left wrist wrong and almost instantly I knew there was something wrong. I couldn't move my arm at all or else it would send a
