When I was at my sister’s softball game, I was playing football during my baseball season, but it was an off day, so I didn’t have to do any baseball that day. I was playing with some 7th graders as their sisters were playing and they were throwing it high and far. While I was playing 500 with a wet NERF football and when I caught the football my wrist had a strange feeling. So, I kept playing on (not the smartest idea). It would hurt when I tried to catch it but I didn’t realize that it was get worse and worse as I was playing. After the game, I told my parents in the car.
My parents said it was nothing because I was throwing a football and I was throwing at the greatest of heaves that I could give. So, I waited a few days but it …show more content…
In 7th grade, I had to make a decision. It was one of the toughest decisions in my life, so far. It was either football or baseball. Both sports I’m good at but now I had to choose which one I should do. What would be best for me? A sport that I have watched and played every year that I have remembered or the sport that I played when I was in 1st grade. 5. It was either JFL or EMS. What I first thought was to do football. As I walked onto the field, I felt an energy surge like no other. 15 minutes of throwing back and forth when they called upon the coaches and 1 player for the coin toss. We won the coin toss and let them bat first.
9. This wasn’t your everyday game of baseball with innings. It was timed game. 45 minutes is what they gave us. 45 minutes of the season left. Or was it? This game would prove that the Hornets were dominate no matter where they played.
10. The game was usually runs were scoring but then the Hornets were down by 2. We just batted and nobody scored. Coach asked how much time was left and the ump said 48 seconds. Without hesitation, Coach said to get onto the field. I was in awe because he showed hustle and determination. So, I ran on to the field to play more
