In America, there are many definitions to what being an American means. Americans are stereotyped as “pigs” or “imbecile” by others in foreign countries, but actually Americans are innovative/creative and are entrepreneurs as related by the iconic image of Iwo Jima (which shows the movement from teamwork and pushing towards a common goal). They’re innovative because of companies like Microsoft and Ford, who paved the way for new technologies and they’re entrepreneurs, because of personages such as Donald Trump and Bill Gates, who are examples of how hard work pays off in America. America is a hard-working “Land of Opportunity” which leads to innovation and progression in technology. Being innovative means to create something new or bring a…

Organizational structure refers to the way of arranging people and assigning responsibilities to perform work and meet goals in an organization, it is particularly important for the large organization, where decisions need to be made in many tasks, unlike in the case of a small organization that day-to-day communication is frequent and formal structure is unnecessary (Distelzweig, n.d.). There used to be commercials about how Macs were better than PCs, but how much of that is actually true? I will be talking about how Macs aren't that great with a few reasons, like how they are overpriced and not worth their price, and why it's probably a better idea to just buy a cheaper PC. How hardware can barely be upgraded, along with how apple does not use a lot of basic industry standard trends, and how the software isn't flexible or customizable, along with how Mac OS is just dumbed down Linux. The current, cheapest computer from Apple is the MacBook Air, costing around $1099 and up.…
