For Animal Testing There are many people dying and suffering by diseases that don 't have cures yet, but there have been many in the past that have found cures and vaccines by testing on animals. We should try to save humans not let them die. Most products and drugs that are on the market for human use and consumption are first tested by animals to ensure safety. The sacrifice of a few animals will save the lives of possibly millions of humans. The animals are being well taken care of as well to ensure their safety and the results accurateness. Testing on animals also helps find cures for the animals themselves. If we continue testing on animals we can further the advances in medical studies and find more cures so more people can stop suffering. Animal testing would bring more cures for diseases that humans are dying and getting sick from. The experiments in dogs where they removed the pancreases led to the discovery of insulin which saves the lives of diabetic people (World Health). “The polio vaccine, tested on animals, reduced the global occurrence of the disease from 350,000 cases in 1988 to 223 cases in 2012” (World Health) . Animal research has also contributed to advancements in breast cancer, brain injury, and childhood leukemia.
