Do you like your pain pills, your makeup, or your hair products? Well, I can tell you one thing, the animals that they are tested on don’t like them. Did you know that over 115 million animals are used in experiments globally each year? People can spend 50 billion dollars per year on testing that is not necessary? They still use animals even though there are newer and safer ways to do tests. Animal testing expensive, the drugs they test on animals can be dangerous, and animal testing is cruel and inhumane, it violates the animals rights.

Son of the most known brands still supports animal testing. For example “AXE” supports animal testing. Others that support animal testing are kleenex, Dove soap, Dawn soap, CoverGirl makeup, Clorox cleaner, Glade air freshener, and Tide cleaner. Everyone knows these brands and probable uses them. When they test their product on the animal they see if it causes skin irritation, allergic reactions, or any other bad signs.they test chronics and subchronic on dogs primates and rats and a lot of them die in the process. Most tests that animals are subjected to are harmful and very painful. Two of the main tests that are used on animals are the Draize and LD50 tests, these tests are famous for their intense pain and suffering that animals go through. In the Draize tests are testing a substance inside the eye of an animal (mostly rabbits are used in this test). This test is insanely painful and can cause blindness in their eyes. In the LD50 test they test to see how much of an overdose of a certain substance will kill the animal, they hook up the animals to tubes and pump the huge amount of the test product into the animals stomachs tell they die.
