“Cruelty is NOT Beautiful”. The Federal Drug & Food Administration (FDA) does not require testing products on animals before selling them to consumers and yet companies still continue. Cheaper, more humane alternatives are possible for companies to experiment on while testing their products exist. These types of tests include incubated petri dishes using human cells that can produce more possibilities for something going wrong than what testing on animals may not show. However, these brands continue testing lethal chemicals on animals year after year. It's almost as if they want the animals to go through this torture. The FDA should ban animal testing throughout the country just like they do in other countries. So why is America the exception?

These companies include, Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, Coach and Gucci fragrances just to name a few. An estimated 100,000 animals are burned, poisoned and abused in the U.S. labs every 12 months. We as humans would probably be tested on if we couldn't speak languages and have opposable thumbs. Researchers have been using animal testing for decades and they are resistant to change anything.
