Did you know that in many parts of the world, animals in laboratories are still suffering and dying to test the safety of many different beauty products? According to PETA; People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, "more than 100 million animals that are used in laboratories for testing are killed in just the U.S. alone" (PETA). People have different views on animal; many may look upon animals as companions while others simply view animals as just a means for furthering experimental research. Animal testing of beauty products should be banned because it violates animals ' rights, it is cruel and it is proven to be completely unnecessary and unreliable.
The use of animals for the testing of beauty products clearly violates animals ' rights to live without suffering and pain. Animal rights are rights believed to belong to animals to live free from the use in medical research, hunting and other services to human including from the use in experimental research for beauty products. Animals and people are alike in many ways; they both feel, behave, think and experience pain when they encounter it. For this reason, animals should be treated with the same respect as humans. According to BCC, "if an experiment violates the rights of an animal, then it is morally wrong, because it is wrong to violate rights.
