Does one actually know the importance of sleep? Everyone must have a certain amount of sleep each night, but does one really understand the sleep required? Sleep is a very important aspect in one’s daily lives because if one does not get enough sleep each night it could cause fatigue, and many other health related issues. Many people throughout the world have terrible problems with sleep such as, night terrors, insomnia, etc. Sleep is actually a very important thing to learn about and a few of the topics include dreams, sleep disorders, and sleep deprivations.
Dreams are a series of thoughts, images, and sensations occurring in a person’s mind during sleep. Dreams have their pros and cons, unfortunately for some people dreams are always bad.

Insomnia is one of the most common sleep disorders around the world. Insomnia can cause restless sleep and waking up in the middle of the night. In case one did not know, sleep is needed and if one does not get the right amount of sleep it could possibly cause deaths. Insomnia could happen for a couple of weeks or it could be chronic. There is actually three types of insomnia and they are primary, secondary and comorbid. Primary and secondary are the weak types of insomnia and it is mainly just troublesome with falling asleep or staying asleep, and it can be treated very easily. Comorbid insomnia is much stronger and has most of the symptoms of insomnia, and much more difficult to treat. All in all, insomnia is devastating to have to go through. Sleep heals the bodies heart and blood vessels and if people do not get the right amount of sleep then it can cause many health issues, such as stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, and kidney disease. One must get at least seven to eight hours of sleep and school children should get ten. It is very important to get the right amount of sleep needed so one will be well-rested for any obstacles that may interfere with one’s day. Now one should know a little bit about sleep conditions and the sleep required, and should know the health conditions that are produced from it.
