1. After so many researches, scientists have discovered that for adults, we need to sleep at least 8 hours. Sleep is associated with our health and life duration, lack of sleep can cause so many health issues in our body. It will mostly affect our physical and mental health. As a student, sometimes it's hard to get 8 hours of sleep every day, because I am really busy. During my weekdays, I do my best to sleep 7 hours, meanwhile during the weekend I can get 8 or 9 hours. My strategies to get enough sleep is really simple and works all the time. On my smart phone, I set up an alarm that reminds me every day when to go to sleep and wake up. And also, one of my roommates always sleep early, for he goes to work at 5 am in the morning, so anytime
