The most important thing is that before it could be applied mindfulness practice across a wide range of businesses, there is a need for evidence that mindfulness is beneficial at work which evidence appears in the research on a rising. It is also necessary to find out how mindfulness can positively affect work efficiency and reduce stress at work.
Today, more and more businesses, including large corporations such as General Mills, Google, Aetna, Target, apply mindfulness meditation practice as part of their training and coaching programs (Shachtman, 2013) (Gelles, 2012). This is considered as a modern adaptation in the application of Buddhist meditation to mindfulness meditation practice to achieve specific effects in businesses such as stress
