Have you ever thought why people didn’t believe in meditation in spite of its benefits? This is the question that Mai Sameh wants to illustrate in her article.as the main idea of the article that meditation can bring diversity of health benefits and overcome stress, depression and tension. Despite the fact the author throughout her article offers entertaining and effective arguments regarding the effects of meditation, some of her arguments need to be more studied because they are weak and groundless.
The author was convincing and right as she provides many true ideas. So the first idea when she states that people's wrong concept of meditation is about sitting quietly and doing nothing. Mai is totally convincing in this point as many people

For an example when she states according to Mariam Emara's workshop, Nermeen who is a participant in her work shop says that meditation doesn’t cause fear or concern and if you are in a state of fear or panic meditation will make you feel comfortable. This is false because the genuine assumption that it causes fear according to credible sources by Linda kaban and David K.WILLIAM." One possible negative side effect of meditation is that it brings you in touch with your deepest self" and "It can bring feelings of ennui, emptiness and even fear".
