Based on our research, we found existential learning as a pivotal mediator make them armed with inner resilience, professional identity, and spiritual growth by acceptance, being authentic and insight in times of crisis. Being mindful of here and now had been propose by Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programmer which can enhance awareness and acceptance of conscious states and teach people to approach daily situations "mindfully" (Bishop, 2002). Researches had shown its positive effects on decreasing stress, anxiety and burnout in different populations (Meibert, Michalak, & Heidenreich, 2011; Serpa, Taylor, & Tillisch, 2014; Simpson & Mapel, 2011), as well as enhancing their self-efficacy and resilience (Caldwell, Harrison, Adams, Quin, & Greeson, 2010; Chang et al., 2004).
