In our textbook A Systems Approach to Small Group Interaction I was able to discover terms that I found compelling. Here are a list of the five terms I chose:

Emotional Intelligence: a personal and interpersonal skill that enables one to induce desire responses in others. I believe emotional intelligence is important is because you are able to sympathize with an individual and see perspectives of others. Having emotional intelligence could benefit you not only in the workplace but also in friendships and relationships. It could play as a huge advantage in a workplace because when you are place in a group, you could use your emotional behavior to view others individual's perspective

Empowerment: a leadership style that enables group members
