Step 1 Initial Screening Interview

To prevent the interviewer’s biasness or errors, they should use structured question, provide appropriate training and record down the discussion during the interview. Step 5 Conditional Job Offers If a job applicant manages to pass the first 4 step of the selection process, a conditional job offer will be made usually. But still need go through the last 3 step of the process to get the job offer. Step 6 Background Investigation Our company should verify the information of the applicant’s application form by contacting the previous company which the applicant works at. To get to know more about this applicant job performance, status of work and credit references. As well as check through whether the applicant have any criminal records to prevent any crime happen in the office. Step 7 Medical/Physical Examinations Applicant passed all the first 6 steps of the selection process, the Human Resource Management will get a representive to contact the applicant to go through a medical checkup to verify the applicant is fit for the job position. Step 8 Job Offers Applicant who passed all the steps of the selection process successfully are now consider as getting the job offer by the company. But the final decisions still liaise with the manager of the department who applicant needs to work with.
