Inside any given business change is an idea that takes place on a daily basis. Whether dealing with a recession, downsizing, or changes in leadership, the idea of change will transpire whether you’re effective or ineffective at meeting any of the administration’s objectives. Despite the fact that most companies have trouble starting change agents, John P. Kotter has framed an eight stage process of introducing change in order to guide different administrations through the progression. In my paper, I will discuss each of the eight stages and how they contain to Walmart increasing the wage for more than 1 million of its employees
