1. What is an exact probability model for the number of automobile accidents over the past year for the 50 medical interns? (Note: The 11 reported accidents include both police-reported and non-police-reported accidents).
Answer:-
Fixed Proportion = .065
Number of interns involved in accident last year = total number of interns*.065. n = .065*It where n denoted interns in an accident and It denotes the total number of interns.
P(n) = ItCn*.065^n*.935^(It-n)......from .binomial probability distribution the fixed parameter for probability of accident = .065.
P(5) = 20C5*.065^5*.935^15 = .0066
So the no of interns in an accident last year =total no of interns/ 0.5 =11/0.5 P(50)

Also when we use classic tree methods it provides many number of sub nodes which is difficult to manage with the help of associative classification method. Pattern which is being used frequently is mainly used to classify the data, and when we use predefined pattern set there is no need of declaration every time, that’s why it gives higher accuracy.
Q. Show a multiple-key index for the data of Fig. 14.36 if the indexes are on:
a) Speed, then ram.
b) Ram then hard-disk.
c) Speed, then ram, then hard-disk.

Answer:-
Multiple key index consist of sequence of logical records of different sizes, and also each record will contain multiple data values, in which some may be unique and some may be copied or duplicate. The reason to do multiple indexing is that it cannot contain duplicate file, and that’s why two tables is created. One is hash table and other one is indexed table. Each index contains key value and address of the records, with byte count starting from 0. To find the indexes of the above situation we will follow the following command,
a) Speed, then ram.
Create Non Clustered Index IX index name on speed>ram
b) Ram then hard-disk.
Create Non Clustered Index IX index name on ram>hard-disk
c) Speed, then ram, then hard-disk.
Create Non Clustered Index IX index name on

It represents how many people will need to come to break even. When 241 people show up, the budget will break even. Gradually, as 241 breaks even, $2410 will be our current revenue. The reason that it is 241 people and not 240 is because if you had 240 people show up, the revenue would be 2400, the cost is $2007.19 and you can’t go below budget. As time progresses, our current flow of revenue will make a significant increase.…

To be honest, I might have either added or changed my field of passion from this human services program. Originally, I wanted to get into the mental health field of human services/social work and possibly work in a hospital to care the patients. Instead, I might deal more with children (ages 16 years old and below) as examples from my experiences from my last two internships. As for how I got to this current position, it was from selecting internships between semesters. When ever a clinic I wanted to internship, I had to resort to my backup locations when ever a clinic is not looking or interested in an intern or got no response from them at all.…

Once all the notes were entered into files I was responsible for service reports, which is an inventory of every patients file to ensure that dates and times of patient interaction matched the information entered into the service report data base by the hospice staff.
