One of the models is reflection in action and during the event .another models is reflection on action reflecting after the event .if we compare those models I will able to improve the performance and learn from my experience and pas on my new knowledge to my staff. So my staff can adapt and quickly response on the changes during the event. This knowledge they can take it to the next event so after they learn and take the knowledge in and so they improve the staff their duties. and can be an excellent service given and good service mean more work coming in. so basically my staff can reflect the things they learn by directly put it to practise .Or by meeting up their colleagues in a meeting and pas through their knowledge
