Ms. Teresa Poindexter is a patient of The Woman's Clinic. I treated her for the duration of her most recent pregnancy, where

she developed several complications due to fibroids blocking one of her kidneys. This however could not be treated due to

her pregnancy. It is my medical opinion that due to these complications that the patient undergo a full hysterectomy in order

to treat her condition as well as prevent any future complications.
