2.1 Explain The Importance Of Effective Communication To A Client

This information will be useful to me if I am working with a client that wants to get more customers attention. I could set up an email for the client that will have little information that will grab their attention and make them want to visit the website and find more information out. Hopefully this will get them excited to see an email from for the company I am working for.
