Walk the Line
The movie Walk the Line, is about the life of Johnny Cash and how he became a famous country singer. He was raised on a farm and was very good at memorizing songs. His brother Jack had a goal of becoming a pastor. Jack was working at a saw mill when Johnny decides to go fishing while Jack finishes his work. Jack was seriously injured by the saw and later died of his wounds with Johnny, his mother Carrie and father Ray by his side. Conflicts between Johnny and his father became hard.
Johnny later left to enlist in the Air Force. He saw a guitar hanging in a shop and buys it. He begins to write songs which caused him to be discharged form the Air Force for not obeying orders. He marries Vivian and moves to

He goes too far and passes out on the stage during a performance. Johnny is sent home for being on drugs. When he arrives home he hits Vivian after an argument which his three kids saw. Vivian took the three kids and left to go back home to her parents.
On Thanksgiving, June and her family get the courage to help Johnny to break his prescription pill addiction. They hoped that he will return to his normal self instead of the new self that is full of addiction and anger. Their effort to help rehabilitate Johnny was successful. Letters came in the mail from fans in a prison system. He wants to give cheer and hope to those that are looked down upon because that is what June and her family did to bring him back together. In changing his life around it led up to a happy marriage between Johnny and June. The main characters in Walk the Line are Johnny Cash the famous country singer. Vivian Cash, Johnny’s first wife. June Carter, Johnny’s second wife. Johnny had contextual, biological, and social factors that led to his drug use. The contextual factors included the band having a good time for being famous drinking together. Biological factors of using elicit prescription medication that formed his addiction. Social factors happened when he could not get June to feel the same way from him as he felt for her. This led Johnny to use prescription drugs to
