The understanding of the workforce planning and its definition. Which is the plan for the changes that will affect the future of the staffing needs. And its primary goal to determine if there is totally agreement with the employees about the successful workforce planning. It covers a wide range of activity from employees in national and international organizations. The workforce plan should be a statement including what the organization is trying to achieve, details, risks and benefits. Moreover it is the analysis and the identification of what the organization is going to need, for example, size, type, and quality of work force to achieve the organization primary goal. Therefore the workforce planning is divided into two types the operational and the strategic. The operational workforce planning is how to facilitate the business from a person to a person by day. By improving the work schedules and the employees hours , improving the distribution of talented employees to different departments , identifying the need needs and hiring new workers to achieve those needs and to ensure that the worker is satisfied and to provide job satisfaction. In the case study the main goal for the human resource management is to hire, train and develop workers. These reduce the need for external recruitment and make maximum use of existing talent. The first point is the attracting applicants, which is that the managers promote and offer a career opportunity from within the company has a positive effect on the enterprise. Also using the concept of letting the employees to be happy to stay longer and give their best to the company. But with the growth there is always a need for external recruitment to provide new skills and to increase the business capacity for expansion. The second point is the recruitment. The recruitment main point is the interview process where the human resources management starts the process of interviewing employees ' whether a face to face interview or an online recruitment. Then to start to compare between the applicants to the job recruitment. If the manager is entrusted with the hireling decision then the employees may have say the final word from the manger. The third point is the selection process. The main goal of selection is to hire the candidate who is the best for the job qualification and the culture of the company.
