I chose to interview Kirsten Hinshaw because before she became the astounding Director of St. Ursula musicals, she was an Actress. The career I want to pursue the most is performing so it made sense for me to interview someone who understands that field. She dropped everything when she was seventeen and moved to New York to attend City Of New York University. Then she started her exciting career from there Mrs. Hinshaw is a very interesting person who has lived a very fantasizing life.
Mrs. Hinshaw attended St.Ursula Academy when she was a teenager. She did all the musicals she could while she was in in high school. She was involved with St. Ursula Academy, St. John’s Jesuit, St. Francis de Sales, and the Toledo Repertoire Theater musicals. She took as many dancing, singing, speech and acting classes as she could and advises that I do the same. Friendships and romantic relationships were awfully difficult to manage. You will live in hotels and busses for years at a time. You sacrifice holidays with your family. You do not get to have any pets. If you actress who is not employed you have to work the night shift to keep you days open for opportunities. If you are fortunate enough to get employed you work durring to night time. This career especially hard on you depending on the city you choose because every city is different.
When I asked Mrs. Hinshaw about her favorite thing about being a actress was meeting all the new people. She also said that it was pretty spectacular to see all fifty states at nineteen. She does not regret any decisions she has made up to this point. She sometimes wonders what it would have been like to have made different decisions but she she is still glad she made them. She stopped her acting career when she was twenty-seven when she was offered a great job offer in Washington DC, so she
