Charles Setland a well known Mexican drug-lord, who used to hang out in Jefferson. If anyone ever needed some cocaines, they went seeing Charles on the corner.
It was a rainy night. The twenty-six year old boy, Charles, was standing on the corner of Idlewood gas station, in Idlewood of Los Santos.
