Why Do Superior Employees Use A PTO System?

If Superior where to use a PTO system, it would allow them to eliminate their employees vacation days, personal time, and sick time all together (2016). In fact, a PTO system would allow employees to have a certain number of bank days instead that employees can use for an emergency or for taking time off from work. In other words, a PTO system would allow Superior employees to have a certain number of bank days that he or she could use at his or her own discretion, as long as their days are approved of in advance. Whereas, employees before may have lied or made up a story regarding to why they may have use their time in the past (Heathfield, 2016).
Although, the PTO system main advantage is preventing unscheduled absence, however, there are
