How Does Holden Give Employees More Freedom

1) In my opinion, after the first couple of days, Mr.Holden already realized that the company had good employees, but they were just not given enough freedom for creativity. Out of fear to take unsuccessful attempt and be punished by a supervisor, they simply did not want to take risks and share their ideas. In that case, the best decision was to change the approach – give employees more freedom, instead of hiring outsiders. This way Holden gained the trust of employees, by showing that he believe in them and that successful changes can be achieved using internal resources. That is a big advantage in a long run.
2) Mr.Holden wanted to give the employees more freedom, by allowing them to generate new ideas, try them, and not be threatened by
