Good Role Model: Julia Stewart

Julia Stewart is considered a good role model generating employee engagement which motivated them to perform their jobs at the highest level. Stewart made good decisions in the process of motivating employees by being able to identify and define problems, evaluate resources, select best solution, implement the decisions and monitor and evaluate decisions which are leadership abilities that make a great role model. Stewart was authentic in the decisions by practice which allowed her to engage on the worksite with employees (Krietner & Kinicki, 2013).
Engaging with employees allowed her to accomplish organizational goals. Stewart put herself in a work environment to motivate, influence and displayed communication to resolve work related problems.
