This competition is very healthy and benefits both competing companies and costumers to create better and cheaper product or services. All businesses are trying hard to sustain businesses and achieve competitive advantage over the other competing businesses, competitive advantage is what makes a business better than their competitors in customers' minds. Whole Foods Market’s has a very strong strategy in recruiting and empowering employees and gain a strong team member through, adopting strong standards in recruiting and hiring new staff, providing extensive training for their new employees, sharing company’s information, providing good compensate, and authorizing their human capital with a decision-making authority, who is capable of producing work that supporting the company’s strategy for competing in the marketplace.
