Most corporation hire people of different background in order to fill a quota; however, Banga doesn’t believe in hiring people to fill an equal opportunity, non-discriminatory obligation (Banga, 2011), but rather to hire skilled employees from various background that help to fulfill the mission and values of MasterCard to be the good in society globally. It is therefore, imperative for organizations to train and equip their employees and managers with the knowledge that will inspire and produce a successful and effective work environment.
