They have the staying power for the long term.

A good role model has the desire to help others in need and have a level head at all times.
A good role model will act will act ethically and with integrity. A good role model with demonstrate to others what should be done to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
A good role model will provide a reference for the behaviour and performance of others.
All good role models should display good personality, interpersonal skills and have the ability to behave appropriately.
