What Happened To Piaget's Morality?

Piaget (1932) regarded morality as being rule governed and investigated this by looking at the way in which children imposed rules in their games. He found that children aged 5-9 years believe that rules come from the authority of other people, so he described their morality as being heteronomous. However children from 10 years upwards understand that rules can be changed by the participants in a game, if all the players agree. This type of morality is described as
