There are two kinds of qualifications for Wells Fargo customer service jobs. The required qualification is:
At least one year’s experience in interacting with customers, assessing and meeting the needs of customers, or solving customer problems.
The desired qualifications are:
Rich experience in positive interaction with hard or unsatisfied customers. And experience in the field of retail or financial services.
Over 6 months’ experience in cash handling.
Good communications skills and accurate tone. Listen to customers’ needs and maintain clear communication.
Proficiency in computer operation.
