Looking over documents and reviewing reports is a good way to determine how an origination is operating. But this does not give Waterloo Critical Care Transport Service a insight on how providers bedside manner is, or how the patients or family’s perceive the company, or how the staff interacts with coworkers and sending and receiving staff. A ride along is a great way for Jillian to collect insight about the behavior and perception of the company from the patients eyes. This will also help Jillian understand the role and mission of the origination. Also talking with neighbors, and sending a survey to waterloos customers would help develop understand of the patient’s satisfaction, its public perception, and provide advertising for the business.
