The Man Behind Mickey
As the famous Walt Disney said, “You can design and create, and build the most wonderful place in the world. But it takes people to make the dream a reality” (Walt Disney). Walt Disney created a company that changed our world; few artists achieve international admiration and few entrepreneurs build their financial empires on childhood fantasies. Walt Disney did both in his extraordinary career as animator, film producer, television show host, and theme park developer” (McCook). He and his company have been a large part of children's lives for over fifty years, being a staple of magic and fun.
