Walt Disney had an attitude that is very rare. It was an attitude that sets apart the mediocre from the majestic. It is called the success attitude. “Think, believe, dream and dare.” (Sinclair, 2011), these success attitudes don’t arrive when you are successful but when you are in the midst of your failures. This is what drove Walt on in his search of his dream. He made Disney what it is today, he never settled for anything less than amazing. He was considered by many of his colleagues to be a master storyteller and the animation department did not fully recover from his death until the period from 1989 to 1999 which is now known as the Disney Renaissance.
