Confidence is a skillset that is more difficult to measure as it can be quickly perceived as arrogance. Therefore, the determinants for this objective is the identification of this individual’s behavior in very challenging situations, ones that would challenge anyone’s behavior, but certainly, someone with less confidence, integrity or accountability.
