Toys-R-Us is one of the largest and most well-known toys stores around the world, having more than 1,800 stores worldwide (“Our History”). Which means kids all over the world can get hyped up about wondering around this toy store, begging to spend their parents’ money. The primary competitors would be other toy stores or hobby shops. Build-a-Bear workshop, Disney Toy Stores, HobbyTown USA, and pretty much any other places that specializes in toys and play things for kids. Toys-R-Us secondary competitors are Wal-Mart, Target, and Amazon. Even though they all still sell a lot of the same products as far as toys, games, and baby products go Wal-Mart, Target, and Amazon are more multi-purpose stores, not just a toy store. Even though these are secondary competitors they are Toys-R-Us’ top competitors. But I bet you kids get more excited about going to Toys-R-Us then they do Wal-Mart.

Legos have been around forever and pretty much everyone has played with (or stepped on) legos at some point in their life. According to LEGO there are about 86 Lego bricks for every single person on the planet, which means we will probably disappear before Legos ever do (“Lego Education”). Primary competitors of the LEGO Company would be all of the companies that have their own “brand” of interconnecting building blocks like LEGO’s. Hasbro has Kre-O and Mattel has MegaBlok, but in reality, no matter who you buy from, you’re just going to call them legos anyway. Secondary competitors of LEGO…
