Three ways people become distracted while driving:

1. Playing games

2. Texting

3. Doing makeup

Three options for decreasing distracted driving:

1. Turning your phone off before driving

2. Make your car is comfortable before driving (Air setting, radio, and other features)

3. Limit the number of passengers

Sometimes I engage in distracted driving and yes I'm willing to use a software/hardware to disable my phone while in the car.
