“People hurt each other. It happens to everyone. Intentionally, unintentionally, regretfully or not. It 's a part of what we do as people. The beauty is that we have the ability to heal and forgive” (Adi Alsaid). There are times when one mistakenly hurts the person he/she loves or cares for. One can easily hurt the beloved without intending to do so. It is because everyone is so significant to each other, any innocent remark or action can be interpreted in a manner that the other person did not intend and hence be hurtful. Despite the fact that one may only wish the betterment for another, he/she can unintentionally wound them. "The people who are likely to cause us harm of any sort are likely going to be people we know"(Deborah South Richardson). This quote is one of the world’s biggest truths said in one sentence. Hurting someone may not always be deliberate; it can simply be a mistake which one regrets later. Also, one may not even know that he/she is hurting another, since they are ignorant to what their actions may bring up. They come to realization after the deed is done and it is too late to take back their word, actions, or decisions. This relates to the play Romeo and Juliet where the star-crossed lovers have been hurt by their own family and friends.
