Demonstrated skill and experience in the provision of administrative support to a senior executive, including all office and diary management activities.

I have experience in providing high level administrative support to senior management from my previous jobs for many years, as well as handling multifaceted administrative tasks which include, but not limited to: diary management for senior executives, account payable processing, taking minutes, preparing agenda, evaluation of data for management analysis, coordinated travel arrangements, maintained database and ensured the delivery of premium service to clients.

Throughout my work history I have been required to utilise the range of Microsoft Office Software in the provision of high quality administrative assistance. This includes the presentation of information in a variety of formats: report generating, database management, management of statistical information, electronic calendar management and the full complement of executive level administrative support.

In my current role as Data processing/administrator at BOC, I am required to use MS Office programs on a daily basis and am highly proficient in this regard. I create excel spreadsheets and pivot table on a daily basis, and create an access database application to consolidate multiple excel spreadsheets ensuring data integrity. With my 10 years+ work experiences at BOC, Oracle and Kang-Din meant that I’ve developed and applied skills in all these areas. I was dealing regularly with customers, suppliers and staff in person, through the emails and over the phone.

When I worked as Procurement/Logistic Officer and Office Administrator at Kang-Din, I had developed my listening and negotiation skills very well. I had the ability to hear attentively and process information correctly. As a Procurement officer, I had developed and demonstrated a very good negotiation skill. I had ability to discuss and reach an agreement in a professional manner with suppliers. In my current and previous roles, the problem-solving skill is essential. I am always able to find a solution to a problem.
