Health Care Administrators are people who lead. They mostly perform their duties in hospital,

private clinics, and nursing homes. Health care managers are responsible for operating and

handling all duties in the hospital or any organization that needs the care of administrator's

duties. They have to be in charge of programs, staff budgets, relations with varies companies.

They work with outside companies such as pharmaceutical, health insurance, medical

equipment and supply company. To be able to work as a health care administrator chose a

Some states will except a

Bachlor's degree. However a Master degree alone with a nursing license and completing a states

training program is required. You will also have to take a national or state exam. You will have

to complete 180 credit hours of school. In addition to that you have to complete your internship.

There are some traits and personality skills one must have to manage a healthcare facilty. One

technology skills is a must. Working in the health field requires you to know certain EMR.

Because of this growing field working in any facility with patient their information has to be log

in the system. Alone with billing and coding, insurance, medication, vitals and doctor notes.

Second strong management skills is a must dealing with different type of people's personalities.

you have to have a mind of patience. Having great organizational skills. This will ensure that

you will be able to run your office smoothly. Analytically skills you must be a people person.

Interpersonal relationship abilities being able to focus on result because all has to be handle

differently. Excellent communication skills you are taking care in and outside people.
