As a facility manager and CEO of a company, the daily skills that Mr. Conley uses are leadership and management. A good leader should know the talents and “genius zone” for each employee. He or she needs to put the employees in the right position and help them to figure out their specialties. To find out about the talents of each employee, the leader should encourage the employee to talk with him or her, and invite the employees to provide suggestions and advice for the company.
