Thank you for sharing your job experiences with us. It sounds quite a challenging, but very rewarding field. I agree with you regarding some people's opinions of human resources. I've worked in a couple of companies where people seemed to blame human resources for everything, which is unfortunate. My personal experiences with human resources have always been positive. I've received support and encouragement and I was very grateful for all little things that were done in order to make me feel appreciated.
