As an overview of the MBTI category, I scored as an ESFJ; my exact percentage is as follows: Extravert (6%) Sensing (1%) Feeling (50%) Judging (22%). However, because I scored a 1% on sensing, I can also be considered ENFJ. Being an ESFJ means that I enjoy being in charge, I see problems clearly and delegate easily, I work hard and know how to have fun. ESFJ’s are easily affected by harsh words and have a hard time keeping it bottled up inside. As caretakers, ESFJ’s believe there is a lot wrong with the immediate environment. They are not paranoid, just hyper-vigilant. Their personality type allows them to loosen up and be humorous, such as teasing around, which I find enjoyment in
Although, I find that this personality type identifies who I am, I believe that ENFJ characterizes me more thoroughly. As an ENFJ I am a people-focused individual. ENFJ’s are focused on understanding, supporting, and encouraging others; which very much describes me. ENFJs are typically very straight-forward and honest, sometimes I tend to be brutally honest in a way that I come across as rude or uncaring. People in the personality type are generally bright, full of potential, energetic and fast-paced. They like for things to be well-organized, will work hard at maintaining structure and resolving indecisiveness, which in general annoys me. ENFJ’s have a tendency to be fussy, especially with their home environments, which describes me to a “T”.
