Have you ever sat down to think how many cultures are there in the world? In one community there might be more than one culture among the community. You would probably go crazy trying to count all the culture in the world. In today world, culture plays a major part of our lives. Culture is defined by everything language, religious, music, art, and social habit. Two type of culture that are interesting are the Mexican and American culture. Mexican and American culture compare and contrast in social status, religious rituals, and cooking. The social status of a person is very important in a culture. Social status plays a major part in the way a person live in both culture. Both in Mexican and American culture the better position you are in your social status the better living you would have. You tends to have more opportunities in your life when you social status is good among people. Also in both culture they try to have good social status among people in the politic to be able to influence them in things they want. Good social status in Mexica culture family are inheritance from their family, they are born in it, unlike the American culture they tends to work hard to have a good social status. There are also more corruption in social status in Mexican culture than there is in American culture.…
