The Mayo Clinic is an organization in which the staff, physicians, scientists, and other medical experts, dedicate a portion of their clinical time to the Web site. The Mayo Clinic was founded in 1889 and has been growing ever since. Its mission statement today is, “To inspire hope and contribute to health and well-being by providing the best care to every patient through integrated clinical practice, education and research” (Mayo Clinic, 2016, para 1). This mission statement shows that The Mayo Clinic employees care about the livelihood of the community, and offer support as well.
