Tackling terrorist venin becomes unstoppable for democratic countries, every day young people from Western states traveling to go to Syria to help terrorists’ organization fight against the developed countries. Since the emergence of the terrorist group Islamic State (ISI) in 2014, it seems that their network have grown and become more inspiring. In addition, American citizens have influenced by their ideology some travel to Syria to fight and others carried local attacks. This situation has threat national security and worried US lawmakers. There are two challenging elements presented: the social establishment and the physical structure.

It has created a panic among Americans. Back in 2013, Barack Obama, the president of the United States made clear to the American people in a press conference. The surveillance program placed by the title to control text messages, emails, and phone calls etc., only utilizes against people suspicious to committing crimes and subject to surveillance. He reassured them of their constitutional rights and his duty to respect their privacies. Nonetheless in the past, the government held accountable for many violations of US citizen’s privacy. For example in the case Griswold v. Connecticut, the US Supreme Court held the state of Connecticut accountable for violation of Griswold privacy. And recently in 2003, Lawrence v. Texas the court ruled against a Texas statute “forbidding two persons of the same sex to engage in certain intimate sexual conduct,” in a vote 6-3 the court held the law …show more content…
After the 9/11 attacks, the US government has established high security system to intimidate people from commit act of terror at airports. Although, many terrorists have tried to commit similar acts and always failed, for example, two years after 9/11 a British citizens was prevented and arrested in Miami international airport for terror act. Many people become more vigilant and resilient to fight any suspicious terror acts. Although September 11 cannot happen, the US is not safe from another terrible attack. Because the US official focused more on the Mexico border to the south, meanwhile the US-Canada is free for anybody to come. The Michigan-Toronto entry stays open for any unwelcome visitors, and this has not yet worried
