Before I decide something, I think about the result. If it affects someone, I will choose another way that does not affect people. When I do not like something, I will not do that thing to others. Also, I am an empathetic and a sensitive person. For the leadership style, a leader can easily understand employee’s feeling and knows how to handle a conflict in an organization. When I have some creativities and new ideas, a leader should have followers to do it, so I will use my personality to concern in people relationship, not only a concern in task management. This helps a leader motivates employees to finish their jobs by their loyalty not by their responsibilities. If employees have a faithfulness in an organization, they will put more effort to do their tasks. The INFJ personality can clearly understand an organization’s vision and mission, a leader can encourage and support the followers to achieve the vision and mission. Also, INFJ personality should be a liaison leader, they will focus on an interpersonal relationship and create a harmony in organizations. A good leader should have plans to go through and should have some back up plans because everything can happen anytime. It should be ready in every
