The INFJ Leadership Style

The result of the MBTI test, I received the INFJ personality. The INFJ consists of an introvert, an intuitive, a feeling and a judging. For an introvert characteristic, I think I am a good listener and I prefer to listen than talk. I have to think before I speak or take an action. When I do not have an energy, I can build my energy. I have many ways to get my energy back such as spend time alone, listen music, read a book or write a diary. For my leadership style, I will listen my followers and think before I make a decision on a project or job. This style helps to use a process of thinking because everything cannot do by talking. Before I decide something, I think about the result. If it affects someone, I will choose another way that does not affect people. When I do not like something, I will not do that thing to others. Also, I am an empathetic and a sensitive person. For the leadership style, a leader can easily understand employee’s feeling and knows how to handle a conflict in an organization. The employee’s feeling is the most important factor which affects an organization. When I have some creativities and new ideas, a leader should have followers to do it, so I will use my personality to concern in people relationship, not only a concern in task management. This helps a leader motivates employees to finish their jobs by their loyalty not by their responsibilities. If employees have a faithfulness in an organization, they will put more effort to do their tasks. The INFJ personality can clearly understand an organization’s vision and mission, a leader can encourage and support the followers to achieve the vision and mission. Also, INFJ personality should be a liaison leader, they will focus on an interpersonal relationship and create a harmony in organizations.
