Students who have sleep deprivation do not have a stable circadian rhythm, are more likely to use stimulants, have weaker immune systems. Getting a good night’s rest can make all the difference in a student 's health, mood, concentration in class, and safety. The brain is not fully active or awake until 10:00 AM and majority of teenagers in today’s generation drive to school. This means that the risk of a drowsy student having a car accident while on the way to school is very high. With that being said, students are exposed to a lot of risks with being sleep deprived. Yes, it is true that no one wakes up too busy to find time for sleep at night. However, this does not remove the fact that students can have numerous tasks, besides homework to complete after
