The Civil War was the biggest war in history. Nearly 620,000 million people died from the war and many more injured. Diseases played a part in majority of those killed in the war. The Civil War played a role in how the United States is today. Americas Civil War broke out between the north and south of the United States. The two groups fought between the United States of America and the confederate states of America. The President of the United States during the Civil War outbreak was Abraham Lincoln. Lincoln led his country through the harsh event in history. The President was shot twice and nearly died during the civil war. The south was for the confederate states and the north was for the United States. Even through the north and south are both in the United States, the two had a lot of differences. The United States was divided because of disagreements with slavery and who had power. The Northside disagreed with majority of the Southside livings. The Civil war occurred when the southern troop attacked South Carolina. There was 391 battles in the civil war history. The first battle of the civil war was Bull Run. The civil war took place in thousands of different areas. At the end of the war, the winner was the North side. Slaves became free from the Southside. It was a lot of cultural, economic, political, religious, and social tensions between the U.S. North and South which led to the American Civil War. The division between the two areas caused a lot of controversy…
